Meet ILPS 9142 TRAFFIC LIVE /November 1970

Produced from the live recordings of concerts held at Fillmore East in New York on the nights of November 18 and 19 in 1970. STeve Winwood, Jim Capaldi and Chris Wood together with Ric Grech on bass, violin, guitar and vocals.

The great Eddie Kramer engineered the album, with tape transfer engineer Tony Platt.

The cover artwork had been made from a telegram Chris Blackwell had sent from New York to MD Tim Clark in the London offices.

It was all done.

Neil chatted with Steve over a pint a few years ago, ” I suppose I just didn’t think it was quite right at the time”
