When Neil decided to go in depth with all the albums, we couldn’t stop him giving the same treatment to all the 45’s that were released in 1969-70. In the video above, hopefully it gives you an idea of the levels of detail and how many were incredible hits.
Of course, the chapter opens with a picture of the pink Island lable for “All Right Now”, and there’s some anecdotes from Simon Kirke and Paul Rodgers featured.. Also a very strange comment from Roger Daltrey who reviewed the single for Melody Maker in 1970 “Are you sure this is the A-side?”
